Farmstead Homes: Cultivating Dreams, Harvesting Futures
At Project Farmland, the journey begins at home—a home nestled on a small, vibrant plot of earth where families not only live, but grow, thrive, and build a legacy rooted in the land.
These are more than just farmsteads. They are modern-day homesteads designed for purpose, connection, and possibility—where chickens cluck softly in the morning, sunflowers turn toward the light, and children dig into the soil that feeds both their bodies and their sense of wonder.
We are projecting homestead prices to start in the low $300's*
A Lifestyle Rooted in the Land
Here, life follows the rhythms of the seasons. Families rise with the sun and plant dreams as well as seeds. We’ve designed three unique homestead models to make farm-based living accessible for a wide range of people—from young families just starting out, to retirees ready to downsize, to anyone craving a slower, more grounded way of life.
Whether growing heirloom tomatoes or raising a small flock of chickens, every resident becomes a steward of the soil and a vital part of a shared vision for sustainable living.
No Two Farms Alike
From our cozy Tiny Home Village to our expansive Heirloom Homesteads, each farmstead offers a unique opportunity to grow—whether you're planting your first roots or cultivating a lifelong dream.
'Every resident farm is unique—shaped by the passions and dreams of the people who live there. Some may grow fresh produce for CSA boxes, others may raise dairy goats or keep bees. From lavender fields to flower gardens, backyard bakeries to microgreens grown indoors—creativity is encouraged, and potential is limitless.
Explore our three farmstead options and find the one that fits your lifestyle, your land, and your legacy.
Built-in Support, Every Step of the Way
You don’t have to know everything to get started. Our Farm Mentorship Program pairs new residents with experienced growers. University extension partnerships offer seasonal workshops and internships. We're building a true learning village—where neighbors share knowledge, equipment, and encouragement.
Pathways to Prosperity
Resident farms can generate meaningful income in a variety of ways:
