Nestled within a working farm community, our tiny home Air BNB's will invite guests to slow down, enjoy food grown nearby, and experience the quiet rhythms of daily farm life.
Whether visiting friends or family who live at Project Farmland, looking for a place to rest and reconnect with the land, or simply seeking fresh air and open space, guest stays will offer a peaceful and welcoming place to land.
For those who choose to participate, guided farm tours and educational experiences will offer a closer look at how small farms function, why land stewardship matters, and what thoughtful, community-centered agriculture can look like in practice—always with care for the land and the people who steward it.
These experiences are designed to be flexible and respectful: a chance to rest, wander, learn, and connect—without disrupting the working life of the farm.
Agri-tourism is growing as people look for experiences that offer a glimpse of life lived at a different pace. In a world that is fast, digital, crowded, and demanding, these experiences create space to slow down, reconnect with food and nature, and rediscover a way of life shaped by soil, seasons, and connected daily living.
Project Farmland is thoughtfully designed to support that experience. Through guided farm tours, educational programming, and guest stays within a working farm community, visitors will be invited to engage with small-scale agriculture in a way that is both immersive and respectful.
Revenue generated through guest stays and farm-based experiences will be reinvested into Project Farmland—helping support ongoing research, shared infrastructure, and the
long-term viability of the farms themselves.

Project Farmland’s guided farm tours are designed to offer a closer look at how a small-farm community works— with respect for the land and the people who steward it.
Visitors will be invited to walk the grounds, see different farmsteads and shared spaces, and learn how soil health, crop diversity, water use, and day-to-day decisions shape life on a working farm. Tours may include time in the gardens, The Barn, greenhouses, orchards, and community spaces—along with conversation about what it takes to care for land over the long term.
These experiences are meant to be approachable and thoughtful, offering insight without disruption. Whether guests come with curiosity, a desire to learn, or simply to understand where food comes from, farm tours will provide a grounded way to see small-scale agriculture in practice.

Some learning takes time. In addition to farm tours and short visits, Project Farmland will offer our Air BNB's to support extended stays for students, researchers, and partners who are working to improve how small farms function in the real world.
These immersive stays will allow visiting researchers and collaborators to engage directly with the land, the systems, and the people who steward them—contributing ideas, testing practical approaches, and helping refine methods that support soil health, productivity, and long-term farm viability.
By living alongside a working farm community, participants gain a deeper understanding of what works, what can be improved, and how thoughtful changes can strengthen small-scale agriculture. The goal is shared progress—learning that leads to better tools, stronger practices, and more successful small farms that can serve as models for others.
